I bought PUBG on steam and tried to play it on my laptop but there were so much lag i couldnt even move or shoot well and the structures were just a single block. So Im trying to buy a monitor and a pc.

For PC its a
- CyberPowerPC - Gamer Ultra Desktop - AMD FX-Series - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
I'm not sure if these 2 monitor and pc are good for PUBG since I dont have a lot of knowledge on monitors and pcs

No I dont play pubg. But like you I am a high school student but in the UK. And Im saving up to build a pc but I will buy next black friday. A gtx 1060 was £180 this black friday on amazon and now its back up to £220. Same kind of price drops with mos other parts. You will save so much more by buying the parts on black friday. But if you have the money why not build now.
Could you list the exact specs of the pc, e.g AMD FX-6300 and also which graphics card. How much is this pc?
As for monitor its good yes.
Also what is your budget, it would be better to build your own pc as you would know what your'e getting, plus prebuilt pcs cheap out on stuff like ram, motherboard and psu. If you give us a budget we can recommend pc parts for you.

Im kinda low on budget since im just a high school student im spending the money i earned from working.. The price of the LG monitor changed so i decided to buy a
Samsung - CF591 Series C27F591FDN 27" LED Curved FHD FreeSync Monitor which has 1920 x 1080 resolution, 4ms, freesync, 72hz
the specs on the PC is AMD FX 4300 processor and the Graphic is AMD Radeon R7 240. The PC costs $550 and it had the most good reviews on Best Buy. I never built a pc in my life and dont even know what some of the features of the parts of a gaming pc so i decided to get a prebuilt one

This pc probably won't be able to run pubg that well. However you can build a pc
Here are the parts: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/n2xvgL
The AMD ryzen has got 6 cores rather than 4 and the gtx 1050ti is a much better card, this all costs $622

You can buy the pc from best buy and not be able to run it well, or save up a bit more and build this one. It doesn't include windows 10 but you can buy windows 10 later and use trial version or maybe look around and see if a friend has a spare activation key.

I know it can be intimidating building a pc but everything you need to build it is in that list, cables and all, try watching tutorials on it, building a pc is not as hard as most beginners think and much more rewarding, economic and lasting than buying a prebuilt one.

is that all the parts there is to building the pc for pubg? The only thing i dont want is lagging. I also changed the price of all the parts and its about $740. Is the pc. Are the parts in the pc im buying not suitable for pubg??

Here's how the pc on best buy will run it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkxeVPK9Lbc

Here's how the custum built pc would run it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PqgAeMja88

You see what I mean with building a pc now. With $100 more you get much more performance.
Feel free to save up even more and upgrade that gtx 1050ti to gtx 1060.
