Good PC rig for Dragon Age 2?

Can someone me a good PC rig setup that will run Dragon Age 2 on high settings, along with a few minor mods? I'm probably going to buy a pre-built computer at newegg for this, so just recommend me a good PC build that isn't overkill, and will run the game smoothly, and without any lag (this isn't exactly a heavy graphics intensive game, so I'm hoping to spend as little as I can, and still get a good gaming experience).

probably any decent i3 with a gpu -maybe r7 260x?or gtx 750ti will do you good

the recommended ram is 4gb

so the overall rig should be around 400$ max
