[SOLVED] Good PC very low fps in Fortnite & CSGO? ONLY

Hi, really want to know the reason behind this & willing to do anything to fix these problems.

I play two games, Fortnite and CSGO In both games I'm getting around 200 FPS Max, which yes is good but in csgo 200 isn't that good, In fortnite I'm landing tilted towers and getting around 100, and the second someone starts building or shooting at me my fps drops to like 50, Its unplayable

In PUBG I'm getting around 144 FPS Constant? Why is it that I'm getting max frames on pubg but these I'm not?

what resolution are you running the games at? 4k ultra on any hardware can make it struggle. also have you downloaded the drivers for your gpu? try downloading nvidia geforce experience (it'll download and update the drivers for you) sometimes geforce experience doesnt work so ill leave links to both the website drivers and geforce experience:
