I don't know where you are located but you could try something like Ed2Go. They offer a variety of 6 week classes. You have to sign up for the classes through a local community college (all done online). The classes typically meet twice a week for six weeks. There are daily quizzes and an exam at the end of the course. I have used the site for classes on JAVA and Objective C programming.
