Good Prebuilt for Lightroom CC?

Hello all. My parents are willing to give me their computer if I buy a new one for them. Their old one will be better than any new one I'll be able to afford so I said yes. However I cannot just get them any random cheap computer. My mom is just gonna play browser games and solitair type things on it so thats no problem. But my dad will be using Adobe Lightroom CC and if I understand correctly, that program needs a decent computer. My budget is around $330. I prefer to get a prebuilt and really dont wanna build one but if I gotta build it then I guess I'll do it. Any recommendations. Thanks in advance
