good psu and ram

Hello i wanted to ask whats a good psu and good ram (ddr 4) for that build
Cpu:intel core i5 7400
Mobo:MSI B150M Bazooka
gpu:nvidia gtx 1050 ti 4gb
So i wanted the best psu for like 50 euros and rams ddr 4 the best i can get with 70 euros max

I would probably go with a R5 1500X CPU for the 8 threads or at least try to get a i5 7500 for the faster clock speed.
Since you did not list the case or drives your going to use I can't comment on that
