Good PSU at Cheap Price

Hi.
I am in very tight budget. And I have all components just need new PSU of about 400 watt. I need good PSU for stable system and long life.
BTW I am from India. Where some Popular PSU aren't available like seasonic at my price around 3500-4000 only.
About 50-55 USD..

Here are some PSUs which I found on amazon at my Price.

Coolermaster MWE 450 80+ white
Coolermaster Master watt lite 500
Circle RAW power 450.
Corsair VS-450.
Chiptronics 650 80+ bronze.
Antec BP 450.
Artis VIP400.

Help me guys.

From the PSUs you listed I would go for Coolermaster MWE 450 80+ white or Chiptronics 650 80+ bronze.

Well you said yourself you don't have PSUs like Seasonic in your country. From all the PSUs you listed the cooler master is the one I wouldn't be scared it will blow up and the chiptronics has good efficiency.

Some Seasonic PSUs are available. But they are very expensive. As out of my budget.

I want to know that PSUs which have high efficiency are also safe to use. (not destroy my Build)

And if you have any good suggestions if PSU so plz tell me. May be I can get it.

Fortron SP500-A, 450W is a decent and older power supply, might be available and cheap in your country.
