Good PSU for my system?

It's a good PSU. My Dad has one and it works fine and it's quiet. It's powerful enough for your setup. The only thing I hate about it is that it has a blue light - very annoying if you program the computer to record TV at night and it's in the bedroom.

It's a decent PSU, but $70 for 34A is expensive IMO. You can have a 650TX with 52A for $75, or a PC Power & Cooling 610W with 49A for $70.

You know how long it takes a rebate to get back to you??

the ocz might be just fine..like i said, the wattage wont be a problem, its not going to be an overkill

OCZ has the worst rebate program in the universe!! Steer clear, products are great but don't buy because of rebate. Check the reviews of all OCZ stuff on Newegg and it supports what I'm saying.

I've never had a problem with the OCZ rebates - maybe I'm lucky. But in my case, I scan and save the .pdf and hound them if they are not getting to it.
