Get something from Corsair / Antec / SeaSonic / Zalman / XFX with 80+ with around 650W. The CPU and GPU take 350W by themselves when gaming on big loads. And with that power supply you will have space for a new cooler if you will overclock.

I'm not sure about them. They do seem fine and have more than 80% power efficiency, so I guess they are good to use and will last..
I'm thinking of buying Corsair TX 750m 80+ bronze. is it a good one?
The R9 280X has an elevated max TDP of 250W and requires 30A and a 550W psu minimum.
So with Corsair TX750W you should be just fine, even having more headroom for future upgrades.
The most recommended PSU on this days are:
Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Corsair (TX,HX,AX,AXi series)
