Yes that PSU is good for that build. You could use as low as a 450 watt for that machine.

that will do just fine for now. if you plan on upgrading your graphics card or get a 2nd 7790 then you may need 600-700 watts. hope this helps!

If he were to get another 7790 it would do well on 650W but I'd suggest getting a 750W for future upgrading space haha.
