I am going to build a server pc and was wondering if the psu is going to be powerful enough for those parts.

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor.

Is this psu good enough for the parts?

Any better suggestions?

Any suggestions to change the other parts?

Build I'm making with those parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mTpFQ7

Drop the AMD cpu and go for an intel, either i5-4590 with h97 motherboard or newer get i5-6500 with h170 motherboard. Stock cooler will be enough for both, however if you really want to overclocking, which you won't really need in my opinion, unless you host some huge servers on games like BF4, then go for i5-4690k or i5-6600k with z97 or z170 respectively.

This is meant as a secondary gaming pc that can double to run servers for me and my friends to use? I mean when someone isn't using it I want it to be able to run servers for ts3, games, etc. The gpu is used for the sake of making it a gaming and server pc. Any suggestions?
