Is the PSU good enough (it's technically the Pure Power U9 400W)?
The only other alternative that fits the budget is the Seasonic 430W ECO.

I wish I could get that one but they don't sell it in Indonesia.

They have the CXM 450 but it's 65$.

Will the one I picked appropriately do the job tho?

The one you chose is fine for that setup , it's a low power draw PC.

You could add a low power draw card like a 1050 , 1050ti , RX560.
There are always a few options you can add even at that power level.
