Good Quality Headset

I'm looking for a headset for my xbox, I was wondering on what to buy.

I need something with surround sound included. The Mic quality needs to be fantastic. I know I should just get a mic like the blue yeti but I don't want the hassel of a mic and headset.

My price range is up to 150$

The mic is good quality (I have eaten food with it on/open mic and my friends did not know I was eating, but always come through clear when talking). The sound quality is pretty good too. They have a nifty feature where when you flip the mic up it mutes but I would have preferred a button or something.
