good quality surge protector for my pc

I want to make sure if I have a power outage or it it flickers my newly build pc is safe. My buget is about 100-150 USD and I will be only using it on my PC not anything else JUST my PC.

You can get a UPS. They can power the PC for a few minutes so it won't flicker/shut off.
