Good quiet fan for Athlon XP?

I have a Athlon XP 2000+ and I am using the Dragon Orb 3 to cool it. It looks cool and works great but it is very noisy. Is there another high quality fan that is quiet and not too expensive?

I didn't think you could change the fan on the Dragon Orb 3. The only option on that, to my understanding, is the 4900RPM fan on the A1132 model.

If you can get the fan off, you could fit a 60mm, 80mm, or larger grill on the top using the existing three screw holes. You then could put the corisponding fan on that grill. The fan could be bigger and slower yet still move the same amount of air or more.

Now this is pure speculation because I don't own one.
