[SOLVED] Good quiet fans for my mom?

Hey everyone, I build a PC for my mom recently, and decided I would stick with the 2 included 120mm fans that came with my N200 case... but they're really loud. When I mean loud, I mean I can hear them very well, even with the PC being under the desk. I'd like to replace these fans, hopefully with a quieter fan. Are there any you'd recommend? I need 2. I also have a PWM header on my motherboard if there are good PWM ones. I'd like them to be under $10 for each fan.

Well noctua is always a good place to start for quiet fans, but not if on a strict budget.

I personally like Arctic and haven't had an issue with them.

I have Arctic F12s in my case, but the updated version should be slightly better. My F12s are quiet and much more powerfull than the stock NZXT fans.

Okay, I've actually worked with those fans... I just didn't know if they were the best.
I'll probably get those P12s, but for future reference, are these noctua fans any good?

Yes, those noctuas are good. To my knowledge noctua doesn't make any bad fans.
