Good ram recommendations

AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition
ASUS M5A99X EVO
Sapphire Ati Raedon 5670 HD

I already own 2x2GB Kingston Ram @ 1333mhz, 9-9-9-24
I'm looking into upgrading to (4x2gb or 2x4gb)8GB and would like some recommendations
I'm looking for 1600~1866~2133mhz modules with lower latency (low latency is a good thing right?)
Since I'm a complete noob I'd like a brief explanation on the product recommended

Also please only GSkill, Corsair, Kingston (don't know about OCZ but Corsair is readily available)
