Hey, can anyone tell me if this is good ram.
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

I was originally going to get this RAM below but had to change as it was 0.5v more than the recommended for my CPU

So my question was is the first RAM at the top a good substitute for the second and if so is it decent ram?
