well if you need rgb, that kit is pretty much costly compred to corsair i think.. for a 3600 c18.

$160 for 32Gb isn't all that bad. And the Neo's typically are very good with Amd systems. Can most likely chop those timings down (try dram calculator, typhoon burner, and experiment)

Otherwise, that's nice ram.
