I have a lot of lag in Fortnite idk why - graphics card is only at 40% usage? tyvm!

Are you using something like MSI Afterburner for those usage figures while gaming?

The Userbenchmark link already notes something about their test of your system: high CPU usage. What software or processes are you running in the background? Personally would suggest a virus and malware scan to eliminate those as possibilities to be on the safe side.

A lot of Intel users have CPU lag in fortnite. Someone mentioned that setting the frames in game from unlimited to 60 helped a lot.
The problems apparently started with some season update from fortnite.

Low usage on a high end card is normal with games that aren't graphically demanding. As mentioned, it's probably CPU related, or in this case, the game having some issues with the CPU.
