I am wondering if this is a good setup for modern gaming along with a 4K 144hz monitor
Components:
CPU: intel i5 7600k
CPU cooler: corsair h110i 280mm
Motherboard: Asus ROG strix z270E gaming motherboard
GPU: Asus ROG GeForce Gtx 1080 strip aura 8gb
PSU: Corsair CS750M modular 80 plus gold
SSD: intel 540s series 256GB
HDD: Segate barracuda 2tb 7200RPM
Memory: corsair vengeance LPX DDr4 16gb (2x8gb)
Case: Corsair crystal series 460x RGB with another fan bought that is the same as the others
Just wondering if I should change anything that is not needed or is needed or the company of a product that is in this list is known for bad quality thanks.

They r good. but u have to check on the international shipping n returns policy for the parts for avoiding any hassle. dunno abt warranty. service is done in the respective manufacturer's service center near u. all those parts listed above r from reputed makers and usually have good presence internationally. even there in AU
