Can anyone give me a few suggestions on a good micro ATX case that's no more than 40.5cm, no limit on height or width. A window, not too worried about tempered glass, about £100 to spend.
So which dimension are you looking to have "short". Because you also said no limit on height and width. Are you looking for a case without a lot of depth?

from the front to the back, basically ive got a small table to put my pc on and its 41cm long so i need a good looking case with a window that will fit the length. i look for width because that's what companies specify as the front of the case to the back but i cant find any decent ones.

This one might be what you're looking for: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/define-series/define-mini-c-tg
Case dimensions (LxWxH) 399 x 212 x 399mm
Case dimensions - with feet/protrusions/screws 413 x 217 x 412mm
So the length with protrusions might be a bit long, but some of that is going to be the door and such sticking out in front. You will also need to allow for cabling sticking out in the back. Is it possible to move the table slightly forward? Or put the case sideways?
