good software to record fullscreen games?

OBS doesn't work cuz the fps will go down a lot, and the windows 10 Game DVR records in 360p

I use it one windows 10 just fine, and the quality is good. The only problem is the file sizes are huge. So normally after i'm done recording, I compress the files with handbrake.
