Good sound card for 2.1 - 5.1

So at the moment I have a

I am looking to buy a sound card that is better than the one I have. Are there any out there that are better?

I have no budget.

I plan to use 2.1 or 5.1 speakers.

Also I have windows 8 so got to work on that OS. Also if you recommend any speakers hat will be good.

I just bought the Creative ZX and very much like it. Price is around $150, though stock might be a little hard to find right now because it just came out. I used to use a Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty and have also used an Asus Xonar Essence STX, and I do think the Creative ZX has been the best card overall when you consider sound quality, gaming features, and especially drivers/software.

I'm running Windows 8 and using Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers. The Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers are great for general entertainment, music and movies, but speakers like the M-Audio AV-40 are significantly clearer if you don't care about having heavy bass.
