Question Good Specs but cant run certain games, help?

Specs:
CPU - Intel i7 8700k
Motherboard - Asus Prime Z370-A LGA 1151 ATX
GPU - ASUS Geforce RTX 2080 08GH Dual fan OC edition
GPU fan - 250w Dark Rock Pro 4 with silent wings

16GB RAM
1TB 2.5 SSD
1TB SSD

I can run games like Battlefront 2 (2017) with Ultra Graphics + Mods over 60fps, same with Kingdom Come Deliverance, Mordhau and Fallout 4.

However I cant run games like Skyrim, Witcher 3, Dying Light and Crysis 3.

I cant run skyrim and witcher 3 on the lowest graphic settings

this was also the first pc i have built and have yet to activate windows if that helps.

What are your cpu and gpu temperatures when gaming?

Are all drivers up to date, gpu and motherboard?

Around 80 degrees Celsius for graphic heavy games like Battlefront 2.
Idk about my cpu

When you say you can't run those games, what do you mean?

They run, but very low framerates? They don't even launch?

Do the crash with an error message? What's the error?

What actually happens?
