I have pretty good specs yet games stutter really bad on my PC. I have done a complete re installation of windows and tried everything, and i cant seem to figure out what the problem is.
My specs:
Gpu: GTX 1650 super
Cpu: ryzen 5 1600
mobo: d450m ds3h
hdd: ST1000DM003-1SB102
psu: 430w, idk the brand.
My game usually stutters on battle royale/widely multiplayer games. I can run games like gta 5 just fine. I have watched videos of what my specs should be running at and they are running way under par, like 50 fps under par.
