Good Specs but low FPS on all games?

Hi, I just got my PC fixed and I was playing CS, but my FPS on CSGO is normally 300-400 FPS, but now it's 60-20 FPS, same goes for my other games, like Arma 3 and Total War : Rome II, is there anything wrong with my PC?

GTX 1050 TI EVGA
AMD A10 7700K

You use the gpu video output and not the motherboards output?

Can also look at temperatures,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run".

are your temperatures ok? clockspeed ok?

is your cable still plugged into your graphics card.
