I'm planning to upgrade almost all parts in my pc. New CPU, motherboard, ram, power supply and case. Now i have GTX 1050Ti that i will keep and a hardrive that i also will keep. I'm really going on a budget so give me tips if it's good or there are better parts to buy.
My parts:
MSI H510M-A Pro mATX
i5 10400f
2x8 Fury Beast Black RAM

Corsair Fully Modular RMx 550W Gold
Cooler Master Litebox 3.1

Solution
Yes, that looks good. Good pick on the PSU. But if you plan to play games, pick a better board with VRM cooling to avoid thermal throttling at high loads. It can affect performance.

Would the Asus PRIME H510M-K be better? And also the case doesn't have any ventilation on top top. Should pick another case or isn't it a big deal?

That is again a budget line board. You can go for a better quality B460 or H470 board which can be cheaper. I would concentrate more on the board than the case. While at it, dont use the Intel stock fan its pathetic.

Your parts will work as is.
What are the specs of the ram?

Some thoughts:
On newegg, the I5-10400 which includes integrated graphics is only $3 more.
Having integrated graphics lets you run if you have a discrete graphics card issue.

If you can, consider spending $30 or so more for a 12th gen I5-11400. It is considerably faster.

Good pick on the psu; on sale at newegg.
But, a Seasonic GM semi modular 550w is even less. a 7 year warranty.

For your immediate needs, the case is ok.
Big on "bling" Not so good on functionality.
Height available for a cooler is not as good as you might want.
You will want to buy two front 120mm fans.

There are other better budget cases.
Fractal design focus G includes front fans and is not expensive:

Lastly,
I will never again build without a ssd for a C drive.
It makes your pc quicker all around.
250gb is a minimum. Intel m.2 pcie 500gb is $45:

I live in europe and have never ordered from amazon or newegg. Isn't the shipping expensive? The websites here only have like the most common parts. Also i will take my ssd from my current computer and install windows on it. Other than that i will look into the tips you gave me. Thanks!

You can go with a B560 board and run that cpu with 3200mhz RAM.
