Good Speeds , High ping

I have Charter services for internet and it has good speeds (can provide tests) I know for a fact it is good speeds.

I have a Netgear WNDR3800CH router that they provided for me that they said should do the job. I have 8+ devices in my house.

I have an issue of over 120+ ping in all online games I play. I don't know why this is but the speeds are great but the latency/ping is bad.

Trace route (tracert) can help find where the slow hops are between you and your destination servers.
