Good SSD For Laptop

My HDD died on my laptop and I am looking for a decent 240-256 GB SSD. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15r with the i7 and 8gb of ram. I was looking at the sandisk ultra 2. I was wondering if this would be a good choice? Or would I be better off to go with the samsung 850 evo?

Samsung 850 Evo or Pro great choices. Crucial MX100 or BX100. Kingston HyperX.

Though pretty much any SSD will do unless you want maximum performance. (They are all faster then spinning drives)

I put a sandisk ultra 2 in my sisters laptop and it has been working just fine for the past 6 months. I would just grab what ever is cheapest from sandisk (ultra 2), samsung(840/850 EVO), or crucial(MX/BX 100).

If you get the EVO, then also dowload and install Samsung Magician. It's self explanatory (firmware updates, benchmark, profiles...)
