I just thought that maybe someone would like to know that I actually had good tech support from Epox. I emailed a question and within 12 hours had the answer I needed. Plus it was a question on an older out of warranty motherboard. Crucial has also been very responsive, and they also have live tech support.

The only bad support to date for me would have be with Microsoft. They do not have updated drivers for their own game controllers to work in Microsoft Windows XP. I'm sure that their logic is to encourage people to go out and buy more Microsoft game controllers, but I am personally boycotting any input devices by MS. In fact, I went out and bought a new Logitech mouse, keyboard, game pad and joystick. Logitech has updated drivers for XP.
