The R9 cards are somewhat power hungry, You might need more like 1000w for your psu.

As an alternative, consider a EVGA GTX780 superclock with titan blower coolers. Your case will stay cooler and the reduced power requirement lets you keep that 850w psu.

You should be able to play some games at max settings but some games you will have to turn a few settings down. 4k is still very new and it will take a year or two for graphics cards to catch up in terms of performance.

I would probably get a 1000w PSU for that setup though, probably a 1000w EVGA
