Good Thermal Compound?

Solution
AS5 conducts a little electricity, so I would stay away from it.

Cermique based compounds like Tuniq TX-2, Arctic Cooling MX-2/3, and OCZ Freeze do not and perform slightly better.

IC Diamond performs even better and still does not conduct electricity, but it a little more expensive:

That is a good 1/2 the amount of the others, but you should be able to apply it 4-5 times without buying another tube.
The stock compound and heatsink is more than enough. I'm using it with my overclocked 620 at 3.25GHz and never hit above 55C on Prime95 load.
I have never tried that TIM but it is well reputed. I prefer ones that don't have a "curing time" but that's just me.

I forgot to mention that my motherboard was DOA. I had to take off the heatsink and CPU so I need more thermal compound. It came with a pad.
