Good timing vs overclock RAM

now im having trouble to choose which ram should i go with?
latency 8 G.skill (2 X 4gb) for ~$51

or latency 9 corsair (2 X 4gb) for ~$45

should i just go with corsair and then overclock it to get better timing? or i just stick with G.skill(heard Corsair better overclock than this G.skill rams)? i dont know how to overclock ram yet but i can learn.

Low latency is better, but its not a fact if you are gaming. You dont need to overclock. Just buy the cheaper corsair one.
