Good Upgradable Build for 750$

I was wondering what kind of build I can get that is easily upgradable
(Good PSU and MOBO and Proc.) for 700$
I'll be using it for gaming

You can get a machine that can play new releases with about 60fps on medium to high settings depending on resolution at about 1980x1050 your not going to get 60fps with high as a matter of fact high settings 60fps i dont see happenind on new releases

but medium 60fps on 1280x1040 mebe i dont got my reses down or prices.
