Good upgrade for my CPU?

I currently have an i5-4590, and it seems to be bottle necking my GPU, was wondering what a good upgrade would be.
My Specs:

GPU: GTX 1070 8gb
Motherboard: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z97-HD3-rev-10#sp
RAM: 2x4gb 1333MHz
Power supply: Ultra 750w ATX Power Supply

I looked at the CPU support list on the motherboard website, but I'm not really sure which one would be the best to upgrade to.

Many thanks in advance!

Solution
The 4790k being the best CPU is the best, and unless you're willing to play around on eBay for a used one. (that I wouldn't recommend doing). It's probably best to wait and see what intel has to offer with their new upcoming chipset. As just like the 4790k, being the final enthusiast processor on DDR3 ram and very difficult to place in the category of being obsolete. We could see a final enthusiast grade i7 CPU for the DDR4 frequency arriving shortly too.

I think it depends on what you mean by 'bottlenecking'. What, specifically, is being bottlenecked? It's entirely possible that an i7 4xxx will also be bottlenecked in the same way.

Realistically, in most uses, a 1070 requires a modern CPU/motherboard/DDR4 ram setup in order to reach its potential.
