Good upgrade from current pc?

Hi, I am about to upgrade my pc. I currently have a Core i7 965, 16gb RAM, GT420 and a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R. Would it be worth it to upgrade to a 3770K, 16gb RAM and a GTX 770? as in, would this be noticeably faster in day to day things?

Yes but you would need a new motherboard as well. Are you getting these parts used for a good price?

Big improvement - with the 3770K at stock prob close to a 30% improvement minimum
