Good Upgrade from my Previous Build?

Is this a good build? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Vh6cTB I have asked a few people and they say it's a really good upgrade. I currently have an AMD FX-6300, and a GTX 1060, hence why I don't have a GPU in the upgrade. My current case is a really cheap one, and it doesn't have much airflow. I will be gaming, recording, video editing, and possibly twitch streaming, the reason why I have 16 gb and a top of the line 2nd gen.
