[SOLVED] Good value 1080p60fps/60hz TV?

(I live in Germany)
I'm looking for a TV that you can watch YouTube videos in 60fps with. I'm aware of a few TVs that have a resolution of 1080p and a refresh rate of 60hz but since I don't know a lot about TVs (other than monitors, that I do know a lot about) I'm not too sure wether the YouTube TV App supports 60fps, and if it does, which TV is able to display it.

Well actually have categories like "The best Smart TV for streaming" on that website so it a good place to start.
