Good value GPU

What with GPUs being quite expensive at the moment, I was wondering if anyone can suggest a GPU that represents good value?
I've just bought a second hand PC with a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU and it's currently got a Nvidia GT 710 (2gb) GPU. I like simulation games like the Sims, planet coaster etc and also play GTA V, what GPU would you recommend that's affordable but actually good, especially when coupled with a 1440p monitor?

Until prices normalize, the answer would be none. At a minimum, you should be looking at a GTX 1050Ti which should be going for around $120. Current PC Part Picker lists shows that card at a price range between $220 and $600. Any better cards are only priced evenly more inflated.
