Good way of Cleaning a AMD Reference Card?

I have a Powercolour Radeon R9 290 that is starting to show signs of usage (Dust/Dirt ETC) - I took the heatsink shroud off today and noticed that the fan does not use screws, instead it uses a permanent form of attachment, so I have no way of cleaning that.

My question is, what is the best way of thoroughly cleaning a reference R9 290?

Good suggestion!

But compressed air never tends to get all the dust and grit out of things like the fan ETC

I was wondering if theres a way to remove the heatsink and fan and somehow hand wash it?
