Good Windows antivirus - stick with Kaspersky or switch to something else?

Just over a year ago, I switched from Avast to BitDefender, because BitDefender was coming out on top of the testing charts. BitDefender severely slowed down my PC startup, and it just felt unfriendly, so I returned it to Amazon and switched to Kaspersky (which was second place).

I've generally had no problems with Kaspersky, so I don't feel any need to switch. However, my subscription is coming to its end, so I was wondering if there is anything else I should consider before renewing Kaspersky.

I recently switched to Kaspersky from BD and glad I did , running smooth , stick with Kaspersky.
