Good Wireless Headphones Suggestions?

Hey Everyone!

I'm trying to find a good pair of wireless (preferably bluetooth) headphones. I've looked at models such as the Sync by 50's and the new Beats Studio's but I want a lower price and less focus on bass. These will be used for traveling as well as home listening.

Requirements
- Wireless (Absolute must)
- Comfort and sound quality
- Circumaural or Over Ear
- Closed Design
- Under 300 dollars (preferably)
- Good Battery Life
- USB charging cable, not dock
- Above all, style
