For my upcoming upgrades on my system, I will require a new motherboard. My knowledge on them however is limited and don't really know what to look for. I have been told that for my system, which I will post below, I need a Z97 Motherboard. Again I have no idea what this means or what to look for. Apparently its the best type for overlooking my system.
Without spending too much (maximum of £100, though I could stretch if necessary) what would the best Motherboard be for my system, assuming that I'm correct in saying a Z97 would be best.

Case: CiT Vantage
CPU: Intel i5 4670
Mothboard: Gigabyte h81m-h
GPU: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 (Overclocked)
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance
Storage: 1TB Sata HDD
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W B1 Bronze 80
Upgraded Spec
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R (Windowed)
CPU: Intel i7 4790K (May Overclock)
Motherboard: ?
GPU: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 (Potentially 2 if I decide I want more power) (Overclocked)
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance (2 X 8GB)
Storage: 1TB Sata HDD & 250GB Samsung EVO 840 SSD
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W B1 Bronze 80
Also if there are any issue you can see with the upgraded spec, comments would be appreciated.
