About time, even Microsoft store have some of the same games allready running for Windows.

I assumed they had it since day 1. How did they even sell any, without this?

In fact, I have some dim recollection that the Chrome browser was supposed to run apps, years ago. I guess those were Chrome apps, and not Android apps?

A cheap Android netbook is not the same as a cheap Chromebook.

My Acer R13 quad core / 4 GB touch screen is up to the challenge. I think the reason Google/ABC is taking so long is that like any corporation, they've balanced the customers' desire for faster development of the finishing touches on their already-purchased product with stockholders' need for faster Return on Investment, so that's why it's taking so long. Else, they could hire a few more programmers.
