Question Google and youtube Sign in windows have started appearing.

Hi, since 2 days ago, everytime I bring up google, or youtube, I get windows popping up. The google one is "Before you Continue" and goes on about google, and I either have to "agree" or sign in (I dont sign in to google, so just clikc the agree). Simarly on youtube a sign in window keeps popping up. I use Firefox and avast. Everything was fine until 2 days ago. I cant remember changing any settings in firefox or avast. How do I stop these windows? Thanks

using vpn? clearing your cache everytime?
