google chrome cpu usage issues

whenever i have google chrome open and i raise my temp. via any game like runescape or command and conquer as long as chrome has open proccess the temp refuses to go down. upon closing all chrome processes temps drop down to normalis this normal and is there anyway to lower the load that chrome puts on the cpu

I can't see how Chrome would have any discernible affect on system temperatures. Gameplay certainly but not Chrome.
So it's definitely not normal, something else is going on in your system I think.

Don't bring the temp up
It's proccesses are just huge and keep my cpu load up which then slows down the temp drop to idle temps

How much CPU & memory usage are we talking about percentage-wise
