Question Google Chrome, crash, wont reopen, 1 chrome.exe process unkillable/force restart

For quite a while I got a serious problem with Google Chrome, after some time of usage it will sooner or later crash "not responding" and I can't reopen Chrome. There is also always one chrome.exe process left which cant be killed at all, I tried everything on doing so. I also checked out most forum posts etc, same kinda issue etc.. and didnt find any answer yet. Reinstalling Chrome, new default Profile, Reset and so on didnt help at all. What can I do?

No the site is perfectly fine, and no malware either.
