Google Chrome Doesn't Exist Anymore?!

So after I reinstalled Chrome because I needed to (i don't really remember why). After this I couldn't make Chrome my standard browser and I now realised because i use VBS scripts sometimes that chrome.exe doesn't actually exist EVEN THOUGH IM IN IT RIGHT NOW. Would be really grateful if somebody could help me

It's on a laptop with only a SSD
Its on Win 10 home and it's using a i7 7700hq and 1050ti

Try the following location to find the .exe for chrome.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

Not sure if this is what you need

I can with ease find it but i still can't change anything....
i really dont know why. It's really strange
