Google Chrome got messed up by some Ruskie program

Whenever I open up Chrome, it defaults to one tab "load.onlyblanksites.ru" or something along those lines. I tried to uninstall Chrome and see whatever folder was left over, and there was one.

I try to delete the folder

Same message with the ONLY thing contained in the folder, which is an exe. I am the only user of this computer and I am definitely sure I have administrator privileges. I checked the security tab in properties and clicked "Disable Inheritance" and then proceeded to remove everything so that it wouldn't open itself up in task manager. Was this a mistake?

Haha never mind... I added a security principal "user" and checked "modify" and "full control" therefore enabling myself to delete the .exe and the file that contained it. whoopsies.
